One look at his Instagram page and you can see why Shroff is so fit. He’s working out daily and does a host of varying fitness sessions in addition to adhering to a strict diet.
“Tiger’s diet is mostly low carb, high on protein and includes loads of greens. He is very, very strict about his diet and literally treats every day as if he has a body shot coming up. His cheat day is usually a cheat day unless he has a body shot coming up. He is allowed to eat everything, however, as long as it is in a calculated manner,” says Rajendra Dhole, Tiger Shroff’s fitness trainer.
Dhole adds that people should not follow trends and stick to tried and tested old-school diets.
